Associate Vice President (AVP) – Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Associate Vice President (AVP) –

Sales to lead the growth of JustAct Première and JustAct Forum. The role will be responsible

for developing and executing the sales strategy, building strategic client relationships, leading

enterprise sales, and driving revenue growth across India and international markets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise sales, consultative selling, business

development, and relationship management with large corporates, financial institutions, law

firms, and professional services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute the sales strategy for JustAct Première and JustAct Forum to

achieve revenue and growth objectives.

● Build and manage a high-value pipeline across enterprises, courts, law firms, arbitral

institutions, government organizations, and public sector enterprises.

● Identify, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities through consultative and solution-

based selling.

● Build long-term relationships with CXOs, Arbitrators, General Counsels, Heads of Legal,

Chief Risk Officers, business leaders, and key decision-makers.

● Lead complex sales engagements, commercial negotiations, proposal development, and

contract closures.

● Collaborate with marketing, legal operations, product, and customer success teams to

deliver tailored client solutions.

● Drive strategic partnerships with law firms, arbitration centres, industry bodies, and

ecosystem partners.

● Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, territory strategies, and account growth plans.

● Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts

using CRM tools.

● Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.





● Represent JustAct at conferences, industry events, legal forums, and networking

engagements to strengthen market presence.

● Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support

product innovation and business strategy.

● Experience managing long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals

● Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency

● Ability to develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships

● Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities

● Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Engineering, or a related

discipline

● MBA from a reputed institution preferred

● 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development,

● Experience selling Legal-Tech, SaaS, Enterprise Technology, IT solutions will be an

added advantage

Pay: ₹812,009.60 - ₹2,320,666.00 per year
