Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain IndiaFilings services and guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
