We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Expert to join our team and take ownership of our paid search and display initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to create, manage, optimize, and scale our clients' Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for maximizing return on investment (ROI) and driving highly targeted traffic for a variety of diverse client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Setup: Design, launch, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
- Continuous Optimization: Actively monitor campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies, refining audience targeting, and updating negative keyword lists to improve conversion rates and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- A/B Testing & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and conduct ongoing A/B tests on headlines, descriptions, extensions, and landing pages to identify winning variations.




- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Ads and Google Analytics. Generate clear, actionable performance reports to communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage client ad spend efficiently, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging PPC trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Certifications: Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and standard keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for crafting ad copy and clearly explaining campaign results.
- Agency Experience: Previous experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a digital marketing agency setting is a major plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
