Job Opening – Recruiter Intern (HR Recruitment)

Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition

Position: Recruiter Intern

Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 3–6 Months

Internship Type: Performance-Based

Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media and professional networks
- Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist with offer rollouts, joining formalities and onboarding
- Maintain professional communication and candidate experience
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and contribute to successful joinings

Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree / Graduation
- Age: 18 years or above
- Good verbal and written communication skills




- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn
- Interested in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Performance-Based Stipend:

- 0–4 Joinings – ₹0
- 5–8 Joinings – ₹3,000
- 9–12 Joinings – ₹5,000
- 13–15 Joinings – ₹7,500
- 16+ Joinings – ₹10,000
