Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of our Continental & Fast Food restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer-service, staff-management, and restaurant-operation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

Supervise and motivate restaurant staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily duties.

Control food costs, wastage, inventory, and stock levels.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Monitor sales, cash handling, billing, and daily reports.

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and SOP standards.





Achieve sales targets and improve overall restaurant profitability.

Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in Restaurant/Fast Food/Continental operations.

Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.

Good leadership and team-management skills.

Ability to handle busy operations and peak hours.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory control.

Computer/POS knowledge preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000/- per month, based on experience and skills.
Benefits: Food / Accommodation / Incentives as applicable.
