Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to promote IT training courses and develop corporate training business.

Responsibilities:

- Talk to students and working professionals and explain suitable IT courses.
- Handle leads received through calls, online marketing, walk-ins, referrals, and campaigns.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Conduct course demos and provide basic career guidance.
- Maintain candidate and lead details in CRM/Excel.
- Find and approach companies, colleges, and other institutions for corporate training.
- Coordinate with HR, L&D; teams, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with corporate clients and support business closure.
- Support seminars, webinars, workshops, college visits, and job fairs.




- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Customer-friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understanding of IT training/education sales is preferred.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Training Sales, Education Sales, or Corporate Training Sales.
- Should have a proven record of achieving sales targets.
