Job Title: Room Division Manager

Location: Nexstay Hotels & Resorts, Calicut

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Room Division Manager to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills with prior experience in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations preferred. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor occupancy levels, room readiness, and guest feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain departmental budgets, inventories, and cost-control measures.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in Housekeeping and F&B; operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

- Experience in resort or hospitality industry operations.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
