HR Intern / Trainee

As a HR Intern / Trainee, you will assist the HR team in the Recruitment, Sourcing, Shortlisting, Employee engagement, Documentation, Attendance and other HR related activities.

What You’ll Do:

- Use professional platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Portals) to identify top-tier talent for production, sales, quality and corporate roles.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and shortlist candidates based on specific OKRs.
- Manage calendars to schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Assist in drafting offer letters and managing the documentation process.
- Maintain a "Live Talent Pipeline" using Excel or HRMS tools to track recruitment metrics. Maintain HR related trackers.
- Assist the HR team with executive tasks, such as drafting qualified communications and organizing team dashboards.




- Coordinate with the joining formalities and employee engagement activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Candidates with a pursuing or completed MBA in HR with 0 - 1year relevant experience.
- We value detail-oriented personalities who can work independently and maintain high confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for professional drafting and candidate / vendor interaction.
