Job Description:

Perform accurate Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) coding for medical records

Review clinical documentation and patient charts

Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes and DRG

Analyze diagnoses, procedures, complications, and comorbidities

Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines

Identify documentation gaps and clarification opportunities

Work closely with clinical documentation/coding teams when required

Maintain quality and productivity targets

Ensure compliance with US Healthcare coding standards

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant IPDRG/Inpatient coding experience

Valid medical coding certification – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM & ICD-10-PCS

Positive understanding of MS-DRG/APR-DRG concepts

Nursing/Doctor background candidates with relevant experience are also eligible

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
