We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our International Process team in Jaipur.

Job Details

Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: International

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 in hand

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Location: Jaipur – Mansarovar / Sitapura

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts

Process: Blended – Chat + Voice

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice and chat

Assist customers with orders, returns, products, and account-related queries

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Follow company processes and quality standards

Who Can Apply?

Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge





Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
