About the Company: Trivandrum based Pharmacy supermarket

Note: Minimum 8 years experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Manpower Management

Ensure the right people are hired, onboarded and available across branches without manpower gaps.

2. Training & Performance Improvement

Train new and existing employees, improve SOP compliance, customer service and individual performance.

3. Operational Discipline & Accountability

Monitor attendance, punctuality, reporting, task completion and overall branch discipline.

We need a hands-on person who can independently manage people, improve team performance and support smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
