M.P. Associate is a loan-recovery and collection agency operating from Guwahati, Assam. We are hiring responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executives for loan-recovery MIS, collection reporting and field-team coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare daily FOS-wise allocation, collection, pending and performance reports.
- Maintain target-versus-achievement and collection-efficiency reports.
- Reconcile payment data with allocation and collection files.
- Track DPD, collection buckets, POS, overdue amount, PTP and Broken PTP cases.
- Coordinate with field executives for daily trail updates and pending-case status.
- Clean, arrange and verify bank/NBFC portfolio data.
- Prepare accurate management and client reports through Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Update authorised collection systems and maintain proper documentation.
- Make borrower follow-up calls when assigned and authorised.
- Protect customer information and maintain complete confidentiality.

MANDATORY EXCEL SKILLS

- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- SUMIFS and COUNTIFS
- IF and IFERROR
- Sorting, filtering and removing duplicates
- Payment reconciliation
- FOS-wise collection percentage and pending-amount calculation

Knowledge of XLOOKUP, Pivot Charts, Google Sheets, conditional formatting or Power Query will be an advantage.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Previous experience in loan recovery, banking, NBFC, collection agency, MIS, back-office operations or telecalling is preferred.
- Capable candidates with excellent practical Excel skills may also be considered without previous recovery experience.
- Good communication in Assamese and Hindi, with basic written and spoken English.
- Must be disciplined, accurate, target-oriented and comfortable coordinating with field staff.
- DRA-certified candidates will be preferred for positions involving borrower recovery calls.




- Candidate must follow all company, client and RBI recovery guidelines.

SALARY

₹12,000–₹18,000: Junior/trainee candidate with basic relevant skills.

₹18,000–₹28,000: Candidate with strong Excel and relevant MIS, banking or recovery experience.

₹30,000–₹40,000: Only for a highly experienced senior candidate capable of independently managing collection MIS, field-team performance reporting and back-office operations.

The final salary and position will depend on previous experience, recovery knowledge, practical Excel-test performance and the level of responsibility assigned.
