Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor food processing and packaging machines as per production requirements.
- Set up, start, stop, and adjust machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Handle machines used for mixing, dough preparation, extrusion, cutting, drying, frying, cooling, or packaging.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, moisture, and production output.
- Ensure the proper quality and consistency of noodles or pasta products.
- Identify machine abnormalities and report breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.




- Ensure minimum material wastage and optimum use of raw materials.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
- Follow company safety rules and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.
- Assist during machine changeovers and product changeovers.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
