The FSE will be responsible for field-based customer acquisition, lead generation, product explanation, follow-ups, and conversion of health insurance policies. Key Responsibilities Generate and source potential customers through field visits, personal networking, references, and other relevant channels. Meet prospective customers and understand their health insurance requirements. Explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, features, and terms clearly. Recommend suitable health insurance plans according to customer requirements and budget. Compare available plans and explain their key benefits and coverage. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers. Convert self-generated leads into successful health insurance policies. Maintain professional relationships with customers. Achieve the monthly target of 10–12 successful insurance policies.



Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valuable sales and convincing abilities. Comfortable with field work and customer meetings. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Ability to independently generate leads. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, field sales, or direct sales will be preferred. 3-Day Trial Period The candidate will undergo a 3-day performance-based trial period. During the trial period, the candidate must generate at least 1 successful health insurance sale through self-generated leads. 1Company will not provide leads. The candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads and converting them into successful sales. Candidates who achieve the trial target and demonstrate the required sales capability will be considered for continuation in the role.
