Pre-Sales Executive

Experience

Fresher-1 year in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, real estate sales, or a related field. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels and scheduling site visits/meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain project details, location, specifications, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information.
- Qualify leads based on purchase timeline, and other criteria.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper communication.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, meetings, and appointments with the sales team.
- Share brochures, price details, project presentations, and other sales materials with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Track follow-up activities and ensure that no potential lead is missed.
- Maintain a database of prospective customers and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling.




- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the sales/marketing team.
- Stay updated about the company's projects, competitors, market trends, and current offers.

Required Skills

- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of telephone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Email.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, or other customer-facing industries will be preferred.
- Telugu,Hindi and English communication skills are preferred for Hyderabad-based roles.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
