 Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant.

 Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment activities.

 Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

 Support payroll processing by providing accurate inputs.

 Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

 Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

 Coordinate induction and onboarding of recent employees.

 Support training and development initiatives.

 Drive employee engagement activities at the plant.

 Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and workforce-related metrics.

 Coordinate with contract labour agencies for workforce management.

 Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

 Implement HR policies and processes at the plant level.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
