Job Summary

we are recruiting for Sales Executives at aswatha TVS coimbatore, they will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying customer requirements, explaining suitable two-wheeler models, conducting product demonstrations and test rides, generating bookings, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Two-wheeler riding skills and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass

Candidates with a background in Automobile, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service will be preferred.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in automobile sales,



two-wheeler sales, retail sales or a related field.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Monthly vehicle sales target achievement.
- Enquiry-to-booking conversion.
- Booking-to-retail conversion.
- Number of customer follow-ups.
- Test ride generation and conversion.
- Lead response and follow-up efficiency.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Referral and repeat business.
- CRM/DMS data accuracy and timely updating.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, customer-focused and confident in communication. The candidate should have a strong interest in automobile sales, the ability to build customer relationships and the commitment to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
