Company Exposure: Experience working with a company having ₹500 Crore+ annual turnover is mandatory

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. RERA Accounting & Project Accounting

- Manage and maintain accurate project-wise accounting for Real Estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RERA financial and accounting requirements.
- Monitor and reconcile customer collections, project expenses, and fund utilization.
- Maintain proper records related to project-wise collections and expenditure.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors for RERA-related certifications and reporting.
- Support preparation and verification of RERA-related financial statements and documentation.
- Monitor designated project bank accounts and ensure proper financial controls.
- Reconcile project accounts, customer collections, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare accurate and timely Monthly MIS and Financial Reports for Management.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.
- Prepare project-wise financial performance reports.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual analysis and explain major variances.
- Prepare revenue, collections, receivables, payables, and expense reports.
- Prepare project cost analysis and profitability reports.
- Create detailed reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial reporting.

3. Revenue & Collections

- Monitor project-wise revenue and customer collections.




- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and track outstanding receivables.
- Prepare collection reports and receivables ageing reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams to reconcile customer bookings and collections.
- Identify collection gaps and discrepancies.
- Monitor advances, customer payments, cancellations, refunds, and adjustments.

4. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Support preparation of annual budgets and project-wise financial plans.
- Prepare periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and project expenditure.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management with financial planning and decision-making.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Review team performance and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinate with Project, Sales, CRM, Procurement, and Management teams.
- Provide financial guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance from a recognized institution.
- CA Inter / CMA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or team-handling role.
- Must have worked with a reputed Real Estate / Construction company having ₹500 Crore+ annual turnover.
- Strong hands-on experience in RERA Accounting and Project Accounting.
- Excellent experience in Financial Reporting, MIS and Management Reporting.




- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and cost analysis.
- Strong command of Advanced MS Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and Tally.
- Power BI/Tableau knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working as Accounts Manager / Finance Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts.
- Strong experience with reputed Real Estate Developers or Large Construction Companies.
- Mandatory exposure to companies with ₹500 Crore+ turnover.
- Strong knowledge of RERA accounting and project financial controls.
- Excellent ability to independently create MIS, financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Should be comfortable presenting financial data and insights to Senior Management / CFO / Directors.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
