Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The goal is to deliver excellent customer service while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding previous interactions or sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.





Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
