Key Responsibilities Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements. Conduct initial site visits and analyse site conditions. Prepare creative and practical floor plans and architectural designs. Develop building elevations, 3D concepts and interior designs. Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings. Select suitable materials, finishes and design elements. Coordinate with clients, engineers, site supervisors and other team members. Present designs professionally and convince clients through effective design proposals. Make revisions based on client requirements while maintaining design quality. Ensure drawings are accurate, practical and suitable for execution at site. Explore recent, creative and experimental architectural ideas.



Required Skills Good knowledge of residential architecture and construction. Strong design and creative thinking ability. Knowledge of materials, finishes and construction methods. Ability to prepare detailed working drawings. Good communication and client-handling skills. Knowledge of relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software, etc. Experience in residential projects will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Designing: 2 years (Preferred)
