Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of accounting experience and be proficient in Tally, GST, TDS, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Process vendor and customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Calculate and process TDS and assist with TDS return filing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com or relevant accounting certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,768.66 - ₹30,467.36 per month
