Job Title: Assistant Manager (Telesales) – Kitchen Onboarding (KOB)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardcore sales professional with 5 to 6 years of experience to lead and drive the kitchen onboarding function. This is a target-based, incentive-driven role focused on telesales conversion, onboarding execution, and performance management of the KOB team. The role requires sharp leadership, ownership of results, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Compensation: 40,000–45,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentive

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead telesales and onboarding operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets
- Guide and manage team leads and executives to improve conversion, activation, and go-live metrics
- Own the complete onboarding journey: lead allocation, documentation, verification, and setup Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for review




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Support) for smooth partner onboarding Analyze data, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Escalate Requirements:  and resolve critical issues while ensuring partner satisfaction

Requirements:

- 5–6 years of experience in hardcore telesales or call center sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in onboarding or sales operations (FMCG, FoodTech, E-Com, Hospitality preferred)
- Robust team management, target ownership, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and onboarding tools/platforms
- Multilingual preferred (Tamil + English a must; Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam a plus)
- Highly energetic, data-driven, and execution-focused

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
