CodingClave Development LLP is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive HR Intern to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing (tech & non-tech), candidate screening, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source relevant candidate profiles via job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala) and conduct initial telephonic screening calls to evaluate communication and basic skills.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate in-person and online interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate trackers, interview status sheets, and hiring metrics using Google Sheets / MS Excel.

- Onboarding Support: Assist in candidate documentation, drafting offer letters, and conducting new hire orientation.





- HR Operations: Help manage office attendance, internal team engagement activities, and general employee queries.

Requirements & Skills

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or any relevant graduate/postgraduate degree.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

- Good interpersonal skills with a confident telephone etiquette.

- Ability to work proactively on-site at our Lucknow office.
