- Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical multiple positions
- Must have exposure for sourcing suitable candidates through job portals or refrences
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers, Technical Panels, and Senior Management
- Manage salary negotiations, prepare and release Offer Letters and Appointment Letters, and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs for current joiners
- Organize and coordinate staff and worker training programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
