Trainee Accountant – Real Estate Firm

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee Accountant to join our real estate firm. The selected candidate will receive practical training in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, banking operations, and project-wise accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Process vendor payments and record customer receipts.
- Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records.
- Assist with contractor billing and project-cost tracking.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, and government departments.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow management, tax audits, and other accounting activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.





Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed either:

- M.Com, or
- B.Com with an MBA

Skills and Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to two years of accounting experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship or practical experience in accounting.
- Familiarity with real estate or construction accounting.
- Basic understanding of RERA compliance, project costing, and contractor billing.
- Knowledge of banking transactions and statutory documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
