1. Candidates must have atleast 2 years of experience as an Area Manager or more than 5 years as a Branch manager in the Microfinance Sector

2. Strategic planning & execution:

(a) Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and objectives

(b) Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities

(c) Ensure effective implementation of business strategies across the branches.

(d) Monitor and evaluate the performance of Branch Managers & Field Officers.

3. Team Management & Leadership:

(a) Recruit, train and support Branch Managers & Field Officers

(b) Provide guidance, support & coaching to the team

(c) Foster a positive & motivating work environment

(d) Set clear expectations & provide regular feedback on performance.

4. Budgeting & Financial Management:

(a) Prepare Annual Budgets & monitor the financial performance of branches

(b) Ensure autherance to financial reports & take necessary actions to achieve targets

(c) Optimize resources to maximize profitability

5. Relationship Management:

(a) Build & maintain strong relationship with clients,



stake holders & local authorities

(b) Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly & effectively

(c) Collaborate with other departments for cross functional activities.

6. Compliance & Risk Management:

(a) Conduct periodic risk assessment & implement risk mitigation measures

(b) Monitor loan disbursals, collections & maintain 0% Non-Performing assets

(c) Implement & enforce Standard Operating Procedures for the branches.
