Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize data from production lines, ERP systems, quality control logs, and inventory records
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, or similar) to track KPIs such as sales data, production output, downtime, defect rates, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes using data analysis
- Support cross-functional teams (merchandising, procurement, logistics, accounts) with ad-hoc data requests and reporting
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude AI) to summarize large datasets, draft reports, automate repetitive documentation, and speed up exploratory data analysis
- Assist in data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Document data processes, definitions, and reporting logic for team reference

Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
