Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining healthy customer relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. An ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers daily using provided leads and databases.
- Sales Pitching: Explain products or services clearly, highlight value propositions, and handle customer objections effectively.
- Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into paid customers to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build relation with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best solutions.




- Follow-ups: Schedule regular follow-up calls with prospective clients to close pending deals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Fresher candidates with solid communication are welcome).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and regional languages (as per business requirements).
- Key Skills: Excellent persuasion, active listening, negotiation, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
