Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts based on briefs and business requirements.
- Work on social media graphics and other digital marketing creatives.
- Design presentations, promotional materials, event collaterals, and internal communication creatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity across all designs.
- Collaborate with the HR, marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand their creative requirements.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and timelines.




- Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and emerging design technologies.
- Explore and effectively use AI-based design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and workflow.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure final artwork is prepared appropriately for digital and print use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Robust creative and conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to translate ideas and briefs into visually appealing designs.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered design and creative tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional design work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
