We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to drive retail and online sales for our sweet shop.

Responsibilities

* Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.

* Manage online orders through Online Sales platforms.

* Increase sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.

* Ensure timely order processing and coordination with the kitchen team.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an organized shop setting at all times.

* Replenish stock and ensure products are attractively displayed.

* Handle customer feedback and maintain high ratings on online platforms.

* Monitor daily sales, inventory, and store operations.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality sales.





* Good spoken English and strong communication skills.

* Familiarity with Online Sales platforms, POS/billing systems, and basic computer skills.

* Punctual, dedicated, and committed to work with a strong sense of responsibility.

* Regular attendance is essential. Unplanned or uninformed leave is not acceptable except in genuine emergencies.

* Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Willing to work on weekends and during festive seasons.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
