- Sales Target
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Increase primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint new dealers/distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Monitor dealer stock, sales and payment status.
- Market Development
- Identify new markets, dealers, builders and contractors.
- Expand ARS TMT market presence in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Project / Site Visits
- Identify new construction projects and potential sites.
- Visit builders, contractors, engineers, architects and project owners.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Team Management
- Guide and monitor Sales Officers/MDEs/field sales staff.
- Allocate territories and sales targets.
- Review daily field activities and performance.
- Marketing Activities
- Conduct Mason Meets, Bar Bender Meets, Engineer Meets, Contractor Meets and Dealer Meets.
- Promote ARS TMT product quality and technical benefits.
- Support brand-building activities.
- Collections
- Follow up outstanding payments.
- Maintain healthy dealer/customer credit control.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for collection issues.
- Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Prepare competitor and market intelligence reports.
- Track target vs. achievement.
Required Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / BE / B.Tech.
- 8 years of experience in TMT, steel, cement or building-material sales is preferred.
