Key Responsibilities

 Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.

 Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, deductions, and salary calculations.

 Prepare payroll reports, registers, and MIS reports.

 Coordinate with finance and employees to resolve payroll-related queries.

 Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

 Handle employee separation, full-and-final settlements, and exit formalities.





 Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and statutory

regulations.

 Support audits and maintain statutory records and documentation.

 Coordinate compliance-related activities and submissions as required.

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources

Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR/Payroll software.
