Job Responsibilities

- Make and receive customer/dealer calls and follow up regularly.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Perform basic computer and data-entry work.
- Handle MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp and email for day-to-day office work.
- Maintain customer/dealer information and update records.
- Assist in routine office coordination and documentation.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Basic Excel/data-entry skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Responsible, organized and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination or office administration will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview
