Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process at Detailing Bull, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good networking abilities, and practical experience using job portals to achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure availability and interest.

2. Interview Coordination & Selection

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates are properly informed about interview schedules, job roles, and requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Support the hiring team in final candidate selection.

3. Offer & Onboarding Support

- Communicate salary, role, and offer details to selected candidates.
- Coordinate joining dates and required documentation.




- Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and ensure successful joining.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.

4. Recruitment Database & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates, interviews, selections, and open positions.
- Track recruitment progress and hiring requirements.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates for management.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Candidates with only internship experience or freshers are not eligible.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and target-oriented HR professional who can independently handle recruitment requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
