JOB SUMMARY

Little Stepz is looking for an energetic, friendly, confident, and customer-focused In-Store Sales & Content Executive for our retail store in Alwal.

You will be the face of the store. Along with assisting customers and handling in-store sales, you will create short and engaging videos featuring our toys, gifts, new arrivals, and trending products.

The selected candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera, explaining products, and creating simple promotional videos for the store’s social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, a positive attitude, and an interest in retail sales and content creation. Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and creativity are also welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IN-STORE SALES

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and perks clearly.
- Recommend suitable toys, gifts, and trending products based on customers’ needs and budgets.
- Demonstrate products wherever required.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Assist customers with billing, payments, exchanges, and general queries.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Provide every customer with a friendly and positive shopping experience.

VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION

- Be the face of Little Stepz in promotional and social media videos.
- Create short, simple, and engaging videos about toys, gifts, new arrivals, and trending products.
- Speak confidently in front of the camera and explain products clearly.
- Highlight product features, prices, benefits, offers, and usage in videos.
- Demonstrate how products work in an interesting and customer-friendly manner.
- Create content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Status, and other social media platforms.
- Participate in festival, promotional, new-arrival, and special-offer videos.
- Suggest creative video ideas based on trending products and social media trends.




- Coordinate with the store team while planning and recording content.
- Ensure that the content represents Little Stepz in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.

STORE OPERATIONS

- Arrange products neatly and maintain attractive shelf displays.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the store manager when products need to be replenished.
- Keep the sales floor, shelves, and product displays clean and organized.
- Learn about new arrivals, trending products, promotions, and store offers.
- Support the team during weekends, festivals, promotional events, and busy store hours.
- Follow all store policies and operational procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
- Willingness to appear in the store’s promotional and social media videos.
- Ability to explain products clearly and engagingly.
- Friendly, energetic, creative, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Interest in toys, gifts, trending products, social media, and content creation.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or short-form video content is an advantage.
- Basic billing, cash-handling, or POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th, Intermediate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

- Previous experience in retail, showroom, counter sales, in-store sales, social media, or content creation is preferred.
- Candidates who have previously created Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, or promotional videos will be preferred.
- Experience selling toys, gifts, lifestyle products, fashion accessories, electronics, or trending items is an advantage.
- Candidates living in or near Alwal will be preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
