Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Graduate Gemologist Instructor (GG Instructor) with 10+ years of experience in gemology and/or gemological education. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality gemology training, guiding students, and developing their practical and theoretical knowledge of gemstones.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in gemology.
- Teach students about gemstone identification, grading, properties, treatments, and evaluation.
- Explain gemological concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Demonstrate the use of gemological instruments and equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Guide and mentor students throughout the course.
- Stay updated with developments and trends in gemology.
- Maintain training records and provide feedback to students.
- Support the development and improvement of gemology training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Gemology / Gemological Education.
- Strong knowledge of gemstones and gemological principles.
- Practical experience in gemstone identification and evaluation.
- Good knowledge of gemstone treatments, grading, and testing methods.
- Experience using gemological instruments.
- Prior experience as a Gemologist, Gemology Trainer, Instructor, or Educator is preferred.
- Strong presentation and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English communication is mandatory for both Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Preferred
- Graduate Gemologist (GG) qualification or equivalent gemological certification.
- Experience in developing or delivering professional gemology courses.
