Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer (Residential Project)
Location: Kundara, Kollam, Kerala

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer for a residential construction project in Kundara.

● Position: Site Civil Engineer
● Location Requirement: Must reside within 15 km radius of Kundara
● Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage residential construction site activities

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers

Ensure quality control and adherence to project drawings

Monitor daily work progress and maintain site records

Ensure safety standards and timely project completion

Handle material planning and site-level execution

Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 0–2 years of experience in residential projects preferred

Strong knowledge of site supervision and construction practices

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Must have own two-wheeler

Salary:
Based on experience and skills (Negotiable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,359.60 - ₹25,000.00 per month
