Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshooting technical problems with injection moulding machines and making necessary repairs.
- Collaborating with production teams to minimize machine downtime and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Conducting regular inspections of machines and equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Evaluating and selecting vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
- Developing and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Analyzing maintenance data and generating reports to inform decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
- Training and mentoring maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Btech/B.E in Mechanical or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of injection moulding machines.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operation,



maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with relevant manufacturing standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet maintenance deadlines.
- Ability to train and mentor maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹17,844.86 - ₹30,080.91 per month
