About the Role

Digital Floss is looking for a talented and highly motivated Video Editor to join our remote team. You will be instrumental in transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content that drives our brand's message.

We are looking for an editor with a sharp eye for color grading, a passion for cinematic storytelling, and proficiency in quickly creating a range of styles, from polished professional content to trendy social media edits.

Key Responsibilities and Content Types

You will be responsible for editing a variety of content, including but not limited to:

- Talking Head Videos: Creating engaging, informative, and visually rich instructional or interview-style videos.
- Testimonials: Editing client or customer testimonials to feel authentic, trustworthy, and impactful.
- Trendy/Social Edits: Producing fast-paced, high-energy edits suitable for social media platforms.

What We're Looking For in You

- Expert Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong background in skilled color grading and correction.
- Proficiency in handling and working with LOG footage.
- Excellent sense of visual storytelling, detail, pacing, and musicality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to maintain a work schedule during 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
