Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical skilled with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support M&A;, Joint Ventures, financial due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, project appraisal, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support M&A;, Joint Venture, strategic investment, and restructuring assignments.
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis of companies and projects.
- Analyse financial statements, P&L;, balance sheets, cash flows, working capital, and debt.
- Prepare financial models, projections, and valuations using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions.
- Assist in preparing Information Memorandums, teasers, pitch decks, proposals, and transaction reports.
- Analyse JV feasibility, ownership structure, investment, returns, and commercial terms.
- Support compliance and documentation requirements related to SEBI regulations, FEMA, Companies Act, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in reviewing transaction structures from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, financial institutions, consultants, legal advisors, and internal teams.
- Participate in client meetings and ensure timely completion of assignments.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling.
- Understanding of M&A;, Joint Ventures, valuation, and due diligence.
- Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, FEMA, and corporate regulatory compliance.
- Good knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client and project requirements.

Qualification & Experience

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / M.Com preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, M&A;, Investment Banking, Due Diligence, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, or Consulting.
- Exposure to SEBI, FEMA, regulatory compliance, and transaction documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
