Content Creator — Job Role & Responsibilities

A Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging content for a company, brand, or personal platform. The role focuses on building audience engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing goals through different types of digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas based on the brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms.
- Write captions, scripts, articles, blogs, and other promotional content.
- Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media and digital campaigns.
- Create or coordinate graphics, reels, short-form videos, and other visual content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity.
- Research current trends, competitors, hashtags,



and audience interests.
- Prepare and maintain a content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, shares, likes, and other audience interactions.
- Track content performance using analytics and prepare reports.
- Use performance data to improve future content and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and other teams.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, content trends, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure published content is accurate, relevant, professional, and aligned with company guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
