Your work profile

- Robust experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Basic understanding of AI , GEN AI , RPA and other latest technologies
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills.

- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Basic understanding of AI , GEN AI , RPA and other latest technologies
- Experience in project governance, reporting,



and steering committee management.

Experience:

- 4-10 years

Languages:

- Strong Python or SQL/Shell experience.

Technologies:

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SaaS, or similar platforms.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, Software Development Life Cycle and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience with project governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud migration, data transformation, or regulatory compliance programs.
- Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and release management.

Desired Qualifications

- 4-10 years of experience in Project Management or Power BI.
- Proven experience delivering Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Basic understanding of AI , GEN AI , RPA and other latest technologies
- Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization.

Education

- Any Graduation, B.Tech/B.E, MBA, MCA, BCA

Location and Way of Working:

- Base location: Bengaluru - 1st Priority or Mumbai/Pune/Delhi and Hybrid
