We are launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art VinFast Electric Vehicle (EV) Showroom in North Goa. We are looking for experienced, highly motivated Sales Managers to lead our frontline team and build a premium dealership experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 15+ Sales Executives to meet monthly vehicle sales goals.
- Drive the end-to-end customer showroom journey, from walk-ins and test drives to final vehicle delivery.
- Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to boost EV adoption in Goa.
- Build robust customer relationships and maintain high standards of hospitality and showroom presentation.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales management, premium vehicle dealerships,



or luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A keen interest or experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment is a massive plus.

- Commercial Showroom Premises at Bambolim Central, North Goa
