Every doll, garment, accessory, and gift set that leaves our factory carries the work of many hands and the trust of our customers. We are looking for someone who can help ensure that every order is packed carefully and reaches customers on time.

About the Role

This is a hands-on operations role focused on:

- Packaging finished products
- Order assembly
- Dispatch coordination
- Logistics management
- Shipment tracking

The role sits within the Assembly & Dispatch team and is critical in ensuring that customer orders are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and tracked until delivery.

Key Responsibilities Packaging & Order Assembly

- Assemble customer orders as per picklists and invoices
- Verify products, quantities, and order contents before packing
- Pack dolls, garments, accessories, gift sets, and other products according to company standards
- Ensure packaging quality, presentation, and accuracy




- Maintain packaging material inventory and report shortages

Dispatch Operations

- Prepare shipments for dispatch
- Generate shipping labels and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate daily dispatches with courier and logistics partners
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within agreed timelines
- Track pending orders and escalate delays

Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.
- Follow up on shipment pickups
- Monitor shipment status and delivery exceptions
- Assist in resolving courier-related issues and delays
- Support return-to-origin (RTO) and return shipment processes

Inventory & Record Keeping

- Maintain dispatch records and shipment logs
- Update dispatch status in company systems
- Support stock reconciliation during dispatch activities
- Ensure physical stock and dispatch records remain accurate

Workplace Organisation

- Keep the assembly and dispatch area organised and efficient
- Maintain packing materials, labels, cartons, and dispatch supplies
- Follow quality and safety procedures

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
