Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

HabitLab is looking for a motivated and goal oriented Business Oriented Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for finding potential customers, communicating with them, explaining HabitLab’s services and converting leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

● Handle and follow up with potential customer leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HabitLab programs.

● Explain services, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers.

● Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

● Maintain regular and professional follow-ups with prospects.

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

● Handle customer queries and sales objections effectively.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

● Prepare regular sales and lead-status reports. Required Skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Solid sales,



persuasion, and negotiation skills.

● Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

● Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in anydiscipline.

● Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

● Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, fitness, wellness, or customer service is an advantage.
