Asset Management Executive

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 in hand

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage company assets, including IT equipment, laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other office assets.

- Maintain accurate records of asset allocation, movement, and returns.

- Track asset inventory and update records regularly.

- Coordinate the issue and return of assets to employees.

- Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets.

- Identify missing, damaged, or faulty assets and maintain proper documentation.

- Prepare asset-related reports and maintain Excel sheets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for asset transfers, repairs, and replacements.

- Ensure proper tagging and documentation of all assets.





- Follow company procedures for asset management and inventory control.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

- Basic knowledge of computers and IT assets.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates with experience in Asset Management / Inventory / IT Asset Management / Store Management will be preferred.

- Freshers with good Excel and computer knowledge can also be considered.
