Mocaup is a fast-growing performance marketing and digital solutions agency headquartered in Jaipur. We help brands scale rapidly through high-intent lead generation systems, custom tech frameworks, and up-to-date client acquisition funnels.

We are expanding our core sales team and looking for an energetic, results-driven, and sharp Business Development Associate (BDA). If you are passionate about consultative sales, building client relationships, and closing high-value B2B digital marketing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Qualification & Outreach: Connect with inbound leads, identify prospective B2B clients, and conduct targeted outreach across phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Sales Discovery & Pitching: Understand client requirements, pitch Mocaup’s performance marketing and digital tech solutions, and schedule high-impact strategy calls.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track active opportunities, deal stages, and client touchpoints daily inside our CRM.
- Client Onboarding & Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial proposals, handle client objections, and smoothly transition closed accounts to the operations/delivery team.
- Market Insights: Keep track of emerging industry trends (solar, e-commerce, local businesses, enterprise tech) to refine sales scripts and outreach angles.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in a digital marketing agency, SaaS, or tech company is a big plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal pitch and clear written English, along with fluent Hindi conversation skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong rapport-building, active listening, objection handling, and closing ability.
- Tech Familiarity: Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Sheets/Docs, presentation decks, and email tools.
- Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Location: Must be based in Jaipur or willing to commute daily to our Jaipur office.
