We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and market-oriented professionals who can help expand our retail presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the company’s FMCG distribution network.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Generate new business opportunities in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
- Conduct regular market visits and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure proper visibility and placement of products in retail outlets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and collections.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates.




- Identify opportunities for product expansion and new market penetration.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in FMCG sales or business development preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail markets, distributor handling, and channel sales.
- Ability to travel locally for market visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, food, beverages, or consumer goods industry.
- Existing network with distributors and retailers will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong field sales experience preferred.
