Qualification
- Graduate in HR / Human Resource Management / Personnel Management is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas & report preparation.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Attendance entry, verification & correction.
- Leave and On Duty (OD) verification.
- Preparation of HR and attendance reports.
- Maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordination with site HR/admin teams.
Freshers with robust Excel and HR knowledge may apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
