Job Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of restaurant equipment.
- Repair and troubleshoot kitchen equipment like Fryers, Griddles, Ovens, Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, RO Systems, and Exhaust Systems.
- Handle electrical faults and ensure quick resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and AMC activities.
- Maintain equipment service records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
- Valuable knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, or Hospitality industry preferred.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
